Flickr is an awesome place... never knew it existed. I truely enjoyed it; I have many pics to download from my digital cam and not have to worry about my computer crashing and losing my treasured pics. I will post pics on Flickr in the near future. What a way to show family and friends pics without having to carry all my photos with me hehehehe :-)
I also explored the Flickr mashups and 3rd party sites. Sounds like fun and will attempt to try it soooon.

Week 1 & 2
I have finally convinced myself to start the Libraries Learning 2.0 program. I must say that my life has been on a roller coaster ride. I have finally focused my attention on completing the program and have started down the right path by listening to the 7 1/2 life long learning habits.
Although I use most of the habits on a daily basis, I believe that the hardest is "Accepting responsibility for your own learning." I am a rather shy person when it comes to participating in group discussions i.e.: classes, meetings, etc. The easiest habit that comes naturally for me is "Playing," I often use it as a simple way of learning and to escape from the daily stessors that life has to offer.
